So, In the process of working with my new oldish truck, I noticed as I was trying to fix the fog lights (they don't come on if I push the switch with parking, head or highbeams), that I have a fuse for power locks...yet I don't have power locks.....I have to manually unlock and lock the doors. So why is there a labeled working relay for power locks?

And how do you get the damn fog lights to work lol.

I have to go out tonight on the docks (tons of fog) and need to have my fog lights working. The relay is good and I don't see a fuse for fog lights. I hear the relay kick on and pulled and tested it as a pass. Both bulbs as good and pass a continuity test.

The relay for the locks is there because they just had the one wiring setup.

Fog lights have to have the button in, key on, low beam or parks on. Iirc they ground to the back of the bumper and it is a common issue to have the ground corrode up.

Check available voltage and the ground to see where the problem is.

Okay, but there is a live fuse on the power locks, so what does it go to? and I can not find a fuse outside of the relay for the fog lights...is there one?

Well if you don't have power locks then it goes to nothing.

I don't know. I would think there is, but I don't know the 93 wiring that well. Did you ever check at the bulb socket to see if you are missing power or ground instead of obsessing about the fuse that you can't find?

I did check and there is no power, which is why I was chasing after a fuse I have not found.

That's kinda stupid to point a fuse in a block for power locks if there is no power locks? Make me wonder if there is a live wire hanging around.

There is a live wire hanging, but the end will be heat-shrinked and taped off. It's the electrical equivelant and putting a pipe plug in the end of a pipe you aren't using.
