Potential Wiring/Fuse problem?

Hey everyone,
I just bought a 2006 Fx4. Some issues I've noticed are the cigarette lighter, power mirrors, and A/C don't work. I think the A/C just needs a recharge, but I'm wondering if there is a common problem (perhaps a fuse?) leading to all of the above. The truck didn't come with an owners manual, so I'm wondering if someone can check to see if these components might all be on the same fuse. If not, any ideas as to what could be causing these issues?

p.s. anyone know where i can get an owners manual for a decent price? The dealership wants $80 (forget it!)

Take a look at fuses 29 and 30 for the cig lighter and mirrors.

Does your compressor kick on for the A/C?
