HAHa i have the same bluelight, it was on my 88 for a while until i got yelled at, 30 year old magnet mount light, i drove one mile with it on without a permit for it(not wired in) and got screamed at

yea , my dad bought the one that is on my truck in 1989 , then he gave it to me in 2002 , i have rewired it like 4 times haha , the good ol Code 3 XL , and they dont give us permits for these up here haha , we all just run them and most of the cops know if we are actually part of the departments ( i actually drive to the scene , one of the downsides of living 3 miles from the firehall )
