I looked, but everything I found is too damn heavy duty and bulky. I may look into a different motor, like a gear reduction starter or something.

Why not mount the York under the hood and run it off the engine?

No room, I am not giving upy AC.lol. I find a remote reservoir for my Saginaw then I may be able to squeeze it in. But i looked and never found anything that would clear the AC bracket.

I may build one, I have access to a mill and a lathe.

why not find two gears that will fit on the motor and pump and use them that way, just have to stack the motor and pump, and also spray grease on the gears every now and then.

Thought has crossed my mind too. I would like to find some nylon/Teflon gears to use.

I won't be able to stack them though, the box isn't tall enough.

I also found 2.5 hp motors that are aftermarket replacement motors for Ramsey winches. They have a 3/4" shaft and are smaller over all than my current motor.

I don't want to spend too much money on this though lol. Id rather put it towards something I need more, like chromo front shafts.lol

I only have 50 or so in my current setup, but I want something a little more robust.

What are you using for a compressor?

Just the stock ranger sangren* pump

The York should be able to put out more CFM than a stock comp. I like running the electric motor because I have the ability to have air when the truck is not running.

3 Day weekend was full of progress.
Built new radius arms that use Johnny Joints and have 10* caster built in.

Now I need to swap my 7* bushings for some 4* to get a better pinion angle.
