Oh...well that might change my decision on the truck...I don't care for the electronic 4x4... I'm just afraid of the wire shorting out when I need four-wheel drive you know? well, I'll take a look and see what's what....thanks for the info. it helped a lot.

i wouldn't worry about 4wd shorting out, Ive had my 98 submerged down to the top of the wheel wells. and the push button hasn't failed yet.

Oh really? well...maybe, I'm just the kind of guy that would rather have mechanical and not electrical on trucks...but I may give it a try.
