I replaced the serpetine belt and tensioner 2 weeks back and afte just a few days, I developed a noisy squeal coming from the belt. A friend told me to take a piece of chaulk and with the truck running, hold it against the ribbed side of the belt. I used a piece large driveway chaulk from the grandkids and held it in between the ac and power steering pump where there was room enough so I could my hands safely clear of moving parts. Worked like a charm, noise gone. Just thought I would share this little tip. Just be careful..
