Newbie here needs help, Idle

If plugs look fine, you are MOST LIKELY looking at the coil pack or wires. Wires and plugs are normal maintenance items and both need to be replaced soon anyhow.

Hey mutant, any advice on how to get to the 2 plugs that are difficult to get to??

Coil pack, is that the same as ignition coil?

The middle one is pretty easy (if I remember correctly). What you have to do is jack up the vehicle, block it, Look straight across the top of the right front tire, toward the motor. You may have to pick up a flap.
The back one I've done from in the fender, up from under the truck, and laying ontop of the motor, squeezing my arm down between the valve cover and evaporator. I think the last way was easiest for me, The motor would have to be cold though.
