Classic awesome.

I lurked awhile too, then got weird. Dang that things pretty custom hammered. Awesome.

Thanks man, she was recently totalled in an accident. Now the settlement is over after like 4 months, and she's on the road legally. Still has weird quirks and a laundry list of random things to fix, one weekend at a time. (She's still my daily driver)

Sweet. What's with the front end? its wild....

I hit a wild cardboard box on the freeway and it broke all the fiberglass in my header panel & grille. My headlights were filling with water and most my trim was cracked. So I pulled the entire front end and was going to weld up a new rusty re-bar one. Naturally I didn't think it through and ran into difficulty torch welding rebar... So no grille atm, (until I have an opportunity to fire up the arc-welder.) As for the bumper, I thought that old railroad tie look was cool. Major pain in the butt to do without a chainsaw FYI. The Xterra headlights were a happy accident: I was looking for the bug-eye headlights to swap in and they share the same plug for the headlights. Thought it'd be easy enough... Heads up: the parking light and turn signal plugs do not match...

Sidenote: Can anyone point me in the direction of a wiring diagram for 96 ranger tail lights? I destroyed my original ones with Ardrox... and am swapping over to some new Lexus tail lights (forgot the make/model I pulled 'em from at the 'yard.) I have all the appropriate pigtails, but I'd like to splice the wires before they branch off from 4 into 6 then feed into the connectors.

I kinda like the look on the paint... was that accomplished using some stripper and just letting it run down the sides?

Initially yes, but it had some protective coating on it. So the front panels i ground down to bare metal then rusted em.
Heres a pic as i was preping to grind it. You can see its like a flat sheetmetal grey

2003 xterra roof rack. It's off the truck atm as I need to fab brackets for the back.

those xterra/frontier roof racks always look cool. my 01 frontier had it and though i never used it, i liked the look.
