They just scream Western or Cragar..
Get some Cragar uni-lug nuts, mount some tires, put em on the Ranger and take a pic..

I did actually have some 295 50's mounted on them and put 2 on the back of my ranger... unfortunately I forgot to take a pic but they looked pretty sick. They are 8.5 inches wide with negative offset so they rubbed on the fenders.
