when you finish the covertion what are you going to use for inside panels?

Probably more metal left over for the door with the Supercab than with the Regular cab.

That's my guess anyways. Also, the green one has no rust that I can see, and the black ones rusted.

I don't understand? I'm talking about the front of the CAB, not the fenders/hood etc.

going to cut down and reform panels that i have also bust out the bondo for rest to build custom panels most likey. To be honest i have not thought that far ahead yet

are you extending the frame to have a full box? how you gonna do that?

yes full box screw that sport trac box idea going to plate the frame and add extra crossmembers

Well here is the cab off I think I am going to end up using the floor pan from the explorer and cut it down. There is just to much cancer on this to justify using it

At least the front portion and here is a pic of the interior roof

Next is the black splash will start Monday nite when I get it I the barn
