Its done...kinda, lol
So here are the final pics of my build. She is as I said, "drivable" but does have some issues.
Once I got all my parts I put all my nuts in one basket and finished it up. Dropped down my transmission cross-member and plated it up a bit where I cut some out to clear my long arms.

Beefed her up wit some 1/8"!

Got all my parts from Borgeson and put my steering shaft together. I welded my stock steering shaft end to the new universal, fit just right.

Also added in some drop brackets for my brake lines so I wouldn't kink anything when I'm all flexed out.

Now on to my trac-bar. Simply just zip-tied it up there to get an idea where it needed to go. Figure my mounts off that seemed to be a logical idea.

Made up a axle side mount because the stock one was cut out to clear my steering links. So I used some left over 3/16" plate I had.

Fit that up and was nice an snug fit, now was time to make up the frame side mount. This needed to be real strong so I used 1/4" on this mount. The bracket that came with the bar wouldn't fit so I used the same shape from that one when I made my own.

I double check to see if my steering box and pitman arm were going to clear before I burned it all in.

Yep, so I went to town on that and boxed in the frame side and attached the axle side mount to the axle with some 1/4".

Ran into an issue with the trac-bar though, it is too long at its shortest length. So I took out the adjuster nut and was able to make it work for now. Need to invest in a shorter trac-bar that I can adjust out to fit my mounts. I bought one for 6.5-8" of lift due tot that is what I am running for coils plus the stock insulater. So I need to fix that later. But I buttoned the rest up, tightened down all my bolts and rod ends and drove her out of the garage.

Glad to see it out of the garage finally. Not to bad for two weeks of work I don't think. Was a 2wd now 4wd, not too shabby!
For laughs I parked it next to my mom's cobalt...lol

After I drove it down the road and it had its wobble issues I did a alignment, got it 1/16" out which is spec so it will do, and centered my steering wheel too. Was way to the right at first. Backed it back in the garage and painted it up!

I like it, looks good I think.

Just need to work the bugs out and it will be a great truck. Also need to pull the axle back a little bit, after I set it down on its weight a friend of mine, (Destroyer) notice the axle was ahead of my coils a bit.

Bad pic of it but you can kind see it. So I'm going to jack her up and turn my arms in a few turns to pull it back just enough to center it up a bit. But other than that it came out nice. Can't wait to get out on the trails though!
