My Bronco 2

you dont know how jealous i am...

you have green grass allready, and you have one sweet B2

Man we've already had to cut our grass once! Hahahaha

I just moved a month ago and have too many projects going on at the same time so I'm glad I haven't had to deal with that yet.

ugh. i kinda hate you right now. but it's kinda nice the top 2 inche's of exposed ground (very little) thaw's during the day and turn's into extremely snotty mud. then freeze's back up over night. so i think when the BIG spring thaw come's there is gonna be gob's of mud to playin.

Mud takes to much clean up.. I'll play in some but not a lot.

I'm picking up a HP d30 Saturday!!

I have to agree.....you have one sharp BII:icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

l8r, John

Thanks y'all.

you can have my 30 as well if you want it. need's 1 new unit bearing. altho i think i danger83 has dib's on my 297 shaft's.

to bad shipping would suck... what gears and stuff are in it?? i'm gonna need gears and brake stuff.

i'm getting a HP 30, TJ shafts (297's), and some XJ shafts (idk what joint tho)

arent the TJ's all LP? and xj's ran three different shaft's. small joint/disconnect, small joint, and big joint. mine is just the run of the mill's hp30 3.55 gear's big joint. nothin spectacular. however a aussie locker just popped up on CL not to far from here.

how much is the aussie?? lol, i can't afford it right now.
tj's were LP but was told that the shafts would still work

plus i believe the xj shafts are the larger joint.

i think i'm gonna buy all new brake stuff, probably from rockauto.com
but even after i build the d30 i still have to afford those freaking long arms... dang expensive things. may try to make some!!!

and does the offer on the 30 include shipping fees to walls, ms?? lol

design, no... lol. it was just made. the guy that made it is a master fabricator. lol. he's old skool, used oxy/ace torch and arc welder! lol.

as far as the fenders cut-- they are a straight cut on the body line (it actually angles up slightly towards the rear).

see the tape? i cut at the bottom of that tape with just a cut off wheel, cut the inner just a little higher. BUT I LEFT THE TABS THAT THE FRONT PIECE BOLTS ON WITH. and then drilled a 1/4 inch hole in the lip of the wheel well in the metal and inner fender and put a 1/4 inch rivet it in.

this picture is kinda showing how i cut it, but i followed the body line a little above the orange line in that pic

yeah if the shipping were free then yeah.. otherwise i dont think it would be worth shipping a used D-30
