Years ago, I ordered a catalog from Esslinger. It came with that recipe. I've lost it since but, the parts and tech have improved since then. At that time there was no research done with the late model dual plug heads which, are the better head. I plan to do a little work with these heads in the future.

yea true, i just got a 98 exploder today witht the 4.0 sohc motor, but still gota figure out how to do the swap lol
