A buddy sent me a YouTube video on this so i tried it. All I did was change my cabin filter and got almost half a mph more air flow on the no 2 setting.
This is the 2019 wrangler 4 door with 60k miles. I forgot it had a filter but the filter wasn't bad since we dont really drive the jeep much. And the ranger filter didn't show up so I couldn't use it for this yet

The fan speed was at 2 in each pic.
That should help keep the old jeep cool here in south Texas. We generally have mid to high 90s and then they add in the 90% humidity so the heat index is usually 9-11 degrees higher.
