Wanted Manual steering pitman arm

Looking for a manual steering pitman arm, if anyone has one available! Will take gearbox as well if it’s still attached. Been trying to source one for a couple months locally, which so far no luck.

Edit: From what I’ve found online, I believe the part number is E3TZ-3590-C

I swear I saw someone a few years ago say they used a pitman arm from something else (maybe the oddball superduty or a jeep something) on a ranger manual gearbox...
