The noise is like a chirping sound whenever the vehicle is rolling. It can be in any gear and neutral with the engine off rolling and it still makes a sound coming from the transmission area. The transmission came out of a 92 3.0 Ranger with a little over a 100k miles on it and was swapped into my 98 Ranger. The only thing that isn't brand new is the transmission. All the clutch components and flywheel are brand new. And as always thank you for your time.

Only think moving when in Neutral, engine off and rolling is the drive shaft(u-joints), and output shaft in the transmission

Since its a 2WD and a 1992 did you remove the speedometer/VSS setup on the tail shaft housing?
Its on the output shaft and with no resistance(no cable) spinning, maybe its chirping
You can pull it out and take the gear off then put it back in the hole to seal it, that would stop it from turning
