M50d manual transimission shifter bushing repair

My shifter has been really lose for a while now and now that I got my truck driving again, I ordered the parts to replace the bushings but I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove these stupid allignmen t pins so I can install the bushings and washers correctly. Please and thank you for any help you provide

Okay now it won't shift into any gear

If you removed the shifter when the transmission is in "first" you need to install it that same way. If not it wont shift, actually I don't think the shifter will sit all the way in the transmission. When ever you remove the shifter you want to have the transmission in neutral.
