Low Budget 92 ranger build.

see thats what i was told to an i scarmbled to find another open d 35 but so far in the snow i havnt had any problems if u crank it full lock its goins to bind but like any 4x4 system binds somewhat at full lock an giving it gas.

ive only tested it on hard pack snow an like 2 ft of snow an havnt had any problems but i cant gaurntee it not binding on like dirt roads. but if its just ur trail truck an you want a cheap front locker i would weld it.

well finally got to test the truck out on the may long weekend. an lets just say she took a SH!T kicking an just kept trucking threw everything. i had a little overheating problem, because i didnt have a shroud on the clutch fan, so i was stuck driving all weekend with the hood off an the heater cranked full blast.

heres a couple pictures of the weekend.

i meantioned on another thread but im saying it again here. i have been to these trails im almost positive. but where exactly are they my dad always drove when we were the most into 4 wheeling and now i am the one drivingalong with a few buddies but cant remember all the really good trails

those trails are up in parrysound. good trails to run around in, but the fun stuff is off to the side of the trails where u can play an find new technical climbs an mud holes.

well we went to Ardbeg again an my truck didnt survive i cracked the driveside front axle beam around the RA tabs. so this is the new fix for that.

I think something is missing ??

this is just a mock 38 to see how much the tire is going to stick out.

The rear end is running about 14 - 15 " of wheel travel an the front should be around the same.

thanks ya its funny i got that idea from my dad he suggested it. I didnt put two an two together until i realized his favorite nascar driver is Dale earnhart Sr an that his paint colors black silver an red pin stripes lol.

Well we go the extended RA finished an mounted to the axle, tomorrow were going to be mocking everything up to fab the all the brackets.

well we got the rear all finished up. cleaned all the front, we re did the exhaust so its all tucked up in the frame so the truck is going to be a flat belly.

but heres all the pictures

now that i sold my ol mazda this is how i transport my crap tires out to the shop so i can roll the truck around
