Hey folks, Have a question that I am really hoping that someone can help me out. I have bought a 6" lift kit from a fellow member here on the ranger staion and have some questions. Seems that the front bracket for the right front axle measures out to be a 6" drop. but the plate style drop bracket seems to measure 5" of drop and the radius arm brackets seem to measure out to be 4" drops.... is this normal ? Thanks for your help.

mine is in the other garage right now but i'll try to look come tuesday if no one else has chimmed in by then.

also, while your there you might look into replacing that plate with a new 6in dropped bracket, otherwise you run a risk of putting a hole in the dana front diff. i know cuz mine is already hitting. this is explained very well by 4x4 junkie in a recent thread. if only i remembered which one it was!!!:dunno:

I will try to get some pics of my lift. If it helps any the coil springs had blue plastic coating on them. I am not sure what brand it would be as there are no numbers or anything on it. Copykat I tried to send you a message but it said your mailbox is full. Thanks
