I'm planning to put a 93 fog light valence on my '92. While I can get aftermarket factory style lights, has anyone found an LED that will work with a little effort/engineering? I also don't want to blind anyone....

For a light that projects light, unless the reflector is designed for LEDs I wouldn't use them, assuming you are planning to use a light housing designed for halogen bulbs. If you are getting a straight up LED fog light, setup shouldn't be any different than a halogen model and the light will be reflected so they aren't blinding.
