Leaking antifreez need to fix before winter

i have a 1997 ranger when I turn on the heater switch I leak antifreeze from a part in the engine compartment there is a lever/switch connected to the blower hose where it is leaking from, problem is I do not know what this part is called.

It seems to me it is the part that controls the flow of antifreeze to the heater core.

Is it the heater valve you are looking for? Advance has a Factory Air brand #74809 for $17.99. I looked it up for a 3.0L but engine size doesn't matter. Here's a link and a pic.
