Leaf Spring Inserts

Does anyone have a source for leaf spring inserts? The circular little pads that go between the leaves on the ends. I got a donor frame for my frame swap and planned on swapping the springs from that too because mine are really rusted but the inserts on the donor springs are blown out. I could not find any on the Ford diagrams. Didn't see anything aftermarket. Anyone know if you can get them? Thanks. 02 Ranger with the 4 leaf setup for reference

Try a google search putting in "NOE 6501118". Will they fit?
