Pitman arm looks good man. I have seen people do the same on the knuckles so there mounted in double shear also. Might not be a bad idea for you also. Aint going to hurt anything.
Locker, or something in the front pig, not so much....maybe even a hub?? IDK, tear it down tomorrow and see. It ended my day early, my front diff was binding and popping when I was in 4wd and now I have an unexplained squeek up there too, maybe wheel bearings?
Still, lots of fun, got one vid of me getting some body damage, nothing else to show really
Good news, locker is fine, everything looks to be in place.
Bad news, ring gear is broke.....F'n yukon gold.....
and I figured out my squeak, not sure how I made it driving around not noticing this...
My brake line running down the radius arm, split in 2, did it on some rocks. My brake was dragging since it wasn't connected anymore. Maybe I need to figure out something better for that, normally it runs on the inside towards the top of the arm, something must made it twist/rotate down..... Funny I didn't lose my brakes, least I had something going for me!
Yep, looks like you pinched the line shut, preventing any fluid loss until pressure was applied, if any loss at all...Ever thought of running it inside the arm, then have a fitting at each end so it's protected on the trail?? That's how I plan to do mine

Actually, I was thinking of a 90* brakeline fitting that came through the arm, like a bulkhead fitting, on both ends, this way the brakeline is suspended inside the arm, and secured on both ends. Instead of inverted flare fittings you can run AN style fittings...
