So I have tossin around the idea of a solid axle swap just for the reason that I hate that I have to align my truck after I go wheelin if its more than 30 minutes. Plus I am swapping axles soongranted I was gonna swap a d35 but I was thinkin it would be somethin to consider. Is it worth the work? Or is there a way to avoid having to,align it every 2 weeks.lol

I have never had to have an alignment on any of my 4x4 vehicals after wheeling them all day and night at times. You got some issues there, Bro!!! Find out what is causing the issue and then enjoy a long time of wheeling!!!

How is the alignment messed up? Bottom of the tire sticking out? Tire looks like it is turning while the other is straight? Details help you fix stuff.

Its not really every 2weeks but they are always kicked out. The pass. Tire is kicked out and toed in like \ if your looking towards the front. And I thought it was cuz of the ttb setup that they get outta wack easy? When I wheel I go slow until I hit mud but I dont beat on it that bad.

Your tie rod end could be stripped out I have seen that before.

I would have to agree with the others on this...something is wrong with your front end. I have had both the D28 and D35 and never had alignment issues. Fix it and enjoy it before just tossing it.

I've jumped 28's and 35's and beat the piss out of both off-road - I agree, something is wrong with you truck, because a 35 will take abuse as good as a 30 stick axle - it's tougher in a few ways, too.

Yeah, something is broke. Or the guy you take it to sucks.

I agree. Something is definitely wrong. But a D35 would be a worthwhile upgrade if you decide to get bigger tires and more power under the hood.

I havent had a chance to look at it yet but ill just drive it until I snag a d35 since I dont drive it much anyway :(
