Thanks! I accidentally posted before I put info about truck It is a 1994 XLT 4.0 Manual. Power windows/locks etc. Kenwood X704 head unit. Orion XTR 65.SC components up front, XTR 69.3 (6x9), XTR 750.4 amp. Complete sound deadening inside cab/doors. Closed cell foam insulation on back wall and floor pans.Will have door panels replaced with 98-01 units as soon as I figure out the wiring between switches. I cannot find good power panels for 93-94 anywhere on earth for less than a fortune, so I saw somewhere that the later model panels are interchangeable, but I can’t find anything on power window switch wiring between trucks. The newer switches have different color wires than mine.
Anyway, I don’t know much about the other year models aside from rebuilding the top end of a 99 3.0.

Yes and you think I can find that missing piece for less than $100 for a trashed one? I bought later model panels for less than that. Driver side is better, but it’s missing all the hanger tabs on back and I have looked for better but can’t find anything except red. That ain’t happening!

Around here you can’t even go in a wrecking yard. They won’t let you go pull parts and buy them. They sell what they want when they want and for as much as possible. Not sure why they are even open. They never have anything anyway. Been to several for other stuff and it’s always the same. I don’t go to them anymore. I have been scouring the marketplaces and forums and got tired of looking. Unfortunately I have a year that is hard to find parts for and it’s more expensive for everything. Passenger window switch is $60 on a 94 but a 98 is $15… I am running into a lot of that. I realize it’s a matter of demand but it’s getting ridiculous to be honest.

My truck is also a 94 4.0l but I don't have power everything like you do.
I agree about the prices for stuff though.

I'm fortunate that I have an LKQ pick your part close to my house where I can go pick my own parts.

The only door panels they list online say MWML which I'm guessing is manual windows manual locks.

You are kinda in the middle of nowhere there. 90 miles to Birmingham or Atlanta. Makes me thankful Nashville is only an hour away. I have 3 yards there,1 in Lebanon, and 1 in Lavergne all at about the same travel time. Lavergne is slightly farther.

Does anyone know of anyplace/website where we can find what year parts interchange for what year?
I usually go to car-parts.com.
But for some reason for the door panel it doesn't give me a selection of years.
I can't even actually find the inner door panel.

It's under interior panel on car-part. Interior Trim Panel, Door- Front. No interchange for it. I selected the generation. 93-97. IDK if that is accurate or not. 98+ interiors look very similar to me. Maybe someone else can say what fits.

How do you select generation on car-parts.com?
When go to that site it only lets me pick, make , model year
I must be missing something somewhere or not seeing something or something.

After I pick the part and says interchange not available it has the option to search Ranger and similar or just Ranger then pick a start year and end year.
