Help finding brake/clutch rubber pads

I'm trying to find the rubber pedal cover pads to replace the worn out ones on my brake and clutch pedals, but can't seem to locate them anywhere. For a 2005 Ranger 5 speed 4 cyl. So far have tried RockAuto, Amazon, dealer site parts lookup, but all I keep coming up with is the rubber pedal pad for AT. No place gives you a selection for manual trans brake/clutch pads. Any suggestions?

I ended up ordering a set for my '93 from LMC Truck. The Help section of several stores was no help to me.
