A Guide To Center Consoles - The Ranger Station

Ford offered numerous center consoles in the Ford Ranger, Bronco II, and Explorer. Here's A Guide To Center Consoles.

Almost all the way to the bottom there is a picture of a "Ford Ranger Full Length Tall Center Console" 2004-2009 w/ Pioneer, it is 2 piece and you might see how much of a unicorn that is in the local junkyards, and if the front half will fit/ interfere with the seat position. Looks like you have a 60/40 split bench you will be keeping?

Beyond that it kinda devolves down to a amazon/aliexpress shopping spree.... I know of nothing offhand, but if you find a picture that even half looks like what you want, save the pic and use amazon's/aliexpress's search by photo to hunt that way.

Being a pretty precise size so it doesn't interfere with the seat means it is gonna be a hard hunt, might be a fabricate only. I think I would opt for a little seat belt console thing - buckle it into the middle position and it rides around in the middle like a passenger... need to remove it, unbuckle it and throw it in the bed. Easier to find on aliexpress than amazon.

I chucked my seats and went with explorer seats and a very common 3rd gen ranger center console.

I made a similar setup for my 1975 Ford Ranchero which now has bucket seats. I started with the following box from Amazon, about $19:

Then removed the handle, cut the top in two parts for storage, and cut a hole in the top for this large storage mug:
