Hey there, new to the thread. I’m currently working on fully swapping a 1994 sn95 into a 1996 ranger. I’ve been curious if there’s anyone here that has done this and if so if they would like to share advice or thoughts?

T-5 yes, axle is a the smaller 7.5?Manual or slushbox?
There is a trick to making the clutch cable work if it is a manual. Ranger's used a hydraulic clutch.
Leave the axle but you can swap the rear mustang brakes onto your Ranger axle.
Who now??curt has a custom bag setup too.
The 7.5 handles a v8 fine?? I guess I’ve heard that they won’t stand a clutch dump6 bangers of that gen used a 7.5, v8 a used an 8.8. ( i think the earlier v8s used the 7.5 too, but can’t be sure. )
If would stick with the ranger 7.5 or 8.8 to avoid suspension work.
they are good with a 2wd and no loading. case deflection gets them with short gears and big tires. drag racing a spool lets em live with bigger power pretty well. The 7.5 handles a v8 fine?? I guess I’ve heard that they won’t stand a clutch dumpbut if that’s the case could see how much life I could get out of it
