Fuel system worked until I fixed it?

Now I starting to get pissed off at the truck. Put the new pump in. I bought the whole assembly because the float had a hole in. Truck started, still no fuel gage. At least now I can hear the pump running. My fuel pressure is between 35 and 40 psi. The truck will idle. When I try to give it gas, it acts like I am reving it in gear with my foot on the brakes. I disconnected the IAC with the idle screw in so it would start. It ran fine with the revs up. I dont know what to check. It even backfired a few times when I tried to rev it up. If the truck was not so close to the garage I would put a match to it.

I have changed out the tank fuel pump, changed the plugs, tested the sensors. I have the egr disconnected and it has been that way for over a year. When I run a KOEO test I get an error for low voltage from the tps. When I ran the KOER test I did not rev it like the test info says. I cant get it to rev up. I got 12,33,77,25,75 error codes. Like I said I could not do the rev part of the test and my egr is bypassed. The truck idles smooth and can run like that all day. I try to rev it up and it falls on its face. If the plugs are fouled, would it idle and not rev?
