Hey guys, I need some advice, help or how too fix. I just discovered a significant fuel leak in the front engine bay. The fuel leak seems like it's coming from the braided line under the power steering pump. Obviously the leak is bad when the engines running, but when it's keyed on only it's not bad. Any ideas, where to get parts and how to tackle it would be greatly appreciated.

*I'm thinking the power steering pump has to be removed to do this repair, or if anyone here has done this repair what do I need to remove to get to the fuel line.

I don't think you're going to find Ford replacements for that. You will need aftermarket fittings and hoses and replace that from where it connects to the regulator or fuel rail down to where it hits the hard line, or even all the way to the fuel filter on the frame rail. Evil Energy seems to have a good selection of parts. There are others online. But I'm not sure who has the best stuff.

I doubt that you will jave tp remove the PS pump. That hose just threads its way past there and down to the frame.

Thanks for that info, It appears that there are two (paired) braided fuel lines under the PS pump. Shouldn't there only be 1, or is this a junction from fuel rail to fuel tank?

Here's a photo I found online that's exactly like my setup. Does one come out of the fuel rail and then tie into the line going to the fuel tank?

Fuel.supply to the regulator and excess return from regulator to the tank. The fuel pump provides more pressure than the engine needs so that there is still enough volume at the right pressure when the engine is at high rpm and load. At low rpm and less load, the regulator sends the excess fuel back to the tank.
