As some of you remember I made a post about 8 months ago called bringing back the dead, Well I did it. I ended up buying a 1989 in November, Doing the bodywork, then I pulled the 3.0 out of the wrecked 91 and rebuilt it and the A4LD in the shed. I restored it outside in my backyard and painted it outside. The results were great only a little bit of orange peel but nothing some sandpaper and a buffer couldn't handle. I had the engine bored out .030 over and I ported and polished the intake and heads. The fun part came when I went to install in the 3.0 on a 89 frame when the 3.0 wasn't an option then. So I had to drill two new holes on each side of the cross member. I will never forget that Saturday. The fuel lines are also different so I had to go to a upullit and get some fuel lines off of another 3.0 which are very rare in Florida by the way. She has remote start and power door locks, factory cruise, a/c, I have the original radio with the stock speakers and i added on the schosche fmmod02 and it sounds just as good as a new radio. so if anybody is looking to put an aux input to their factory radio buy the fmmod-02. I still want to add power windows so if anybody has any suggestions please share. I saw a 89 bronco ii with power windows, can I just swap out the wiring and regulators?

Great job Cole! Very nice looking indeed.

Wow. That looks almost brand new.

Very nice, I looks like a new Ranger inside and out.

Looks fantastic, like new inside and out. My 89 had your current color combination inverted originally. Blue on the bottom, sliver on top. Now it's all white. :(
