Hey All,

So I've attached some pictures of my mirrors, My driver's side isn't as bad as the passenger.
If I lean my passenger mirror up to get it adjusted, it immediately goes back down.
My driver's side does it too, but takes longer for me to notice it.
I'm not sure what is in the mirror where that little bolt connects to, so I'm looking for some ideas of getting that little bolt to get the mirror stay in a certian position, or should I look at replacing them? if it's the latter, what year should so I look for?

Are there 3 screws on the bottom of the mirror? Or 3 rivets like this...

So the 2 screws are where the mirror is loose, correct? I've never done this but I would think you could remove the glass and rebuild so to speak that piece that holds the mirror in position to make it tight again.

Hopefully someone will chime in that has had a mirror apart.

That is were the mirror moves down at. No matter how high I adjust it, the wind from going down the road will basically make it reflect the asphalt only.

I haven't touched the screws as I don't want to make a bad situation worse lol.

You remove one screw at a time and clean it and the threads unless they are nylon inserts.
