Federal MagnaFlow Cats?

I need new cats and the dealership I just bought my truck from offered to cover the cost of federally compliant MagnaFlow bolt-ons. Part #'s 49677 and 49678. Truck is registered in Washington State. Curious if anyone else has experience with these since the listings on O'Rileys don't have any reviews posted. I need to resolve P0420 and P0430 codes and keep the STFT, LTFT and the CEL happy.

Truck is a 2011 Ranger Sport (4.0L V6) automatic 4x4.

Don't they have rules over there? They can't sell you a vehicle that will not pass emissions? If this is already documented, then the dealership is on the hook not you. Let them worry about it. If they can't get it to pass emissions, then they need to take the truck back correct? Use these crazy emissions rules to your advantage.

I tried this.

The set I was sent did not have the bend put into them in order to clear the front driveshaft, and they collided with the frame under the driver's side.

The set I received, at least, was going to require modification to work properly. I decided against them and sent them back.

If you do wind up switching out yours, I will happily buy your factory ones from you.

YMMV, watch for uneven tire wear.

The dealership is making it right. There’s more to it than I’d rather get into here. Just curious about the brand/product before putting it on my truck, which I intend to keep,

Magnaflow is good stuff. I've got the Explorer Magnaflow replacement cats on my V8 swap truck. If the dealer is paying for it, let them do it.
