Well the inner wheel arches are rotted away. I couldnt find any pre made tubs. So I'm cutting them out and hand forming new ones. My press only has a small opening so. I'm bending three pieces for each side. I'ts looking a little rough but just spot welded in so far. Trying to get my phone to add pictures but usb not opening pics. Truck will have the liner put back in. so I will be the only one to know how bad it looks. Bed is really bad shape but 150.00 in steel will get me through for a while. Hopefully a couple years.

well got phone to work. Had to replace cable. herees before and after so far

Went with thicker metal. Except on the floor. Found frame at right front spring hanger going to need repaired. Still have to change fuel pump and purge assembly. Bought 300lb of sand blast sand from local sand pit. They only had 000 sand.

Good work. Seam seal, paint, undercoat, whatever you gotta do to keep 'er going.
