Yea il post sme pics later today. I no longer have motor hoist. (Borrowed frm friend)so im contemplating on safest way to lift motor. Im hopin 1/4 inch will be shimmed enough. But ima work on it after work today

Don't jack on the bottom of the pan but on one of the side rails. Doing it on the bottom can close up the distance from pan bottom to oil pick-up enough that you might starve the pump for oil.

Not all in the center but a large enough board that covers the entire area of the bottom of the pan. If hes going for 1/4 inch then not much should be moving up with the engine.

Also did you go with the Taurus fan and if so what wiring setup.did you go with and whatnot?
