Fan blade for 3.0??

Found that a fan blade from a 94 3.0 instead.

Does fan rotate the same way?

I was thinking 3.0l and 4.0l fan clutch nuts loosened in different direction, so fan blades would be opposite?

Yes, I would check, also look on the radiator support for a label that tells you the direction to turn the nut on fan clutch to loosen it
4.0l I know is standard counter-clockwise to loosen, like any nut or bolt
3.0l I thought was clockwise to loosen, so reverse thread, this would mean fan spins in the opposite direction from the 4.0l

It should, fan belt path around water pump decides water pump and fans direction of rotation, I can't see that changing on same model(Ranger) with same engine(3.0l) from year to year, but just a guess

You could do an electric fan conversion, not too hard to do and you get better MPG and more power to the wheels with no mechanical fan, win-win, better MPG and more power rarely come together, lol
