explorer to ranger bumper question

hey so i came across a rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier today and i was wondering if it would fit on my 1997 ranger?
its off a 1994 explorer 4 door and ill be putting it on a 1997 ranger ext
i wouldnt be asking but its a 1.5 drive to owners house so i dont want to waste my time if its a for sure no

frame width is different between Rangers and Ex's....

but....with a welder....anything is possible.....

so i bought the bumpers on tues and the front im gonna mount on the out side of the frame but i have to grind the frame and tabs a 16th each to make it work. and the rear im gonna have to cut or grind off the old tabs and move them in. hoping to have the front on by next weekend. and the rear by the end of the month. i moved back to the farm so i can work on them when ever now instead of driving 30 mins each way

well i got the front on this weekend. i like it except how far it sticks out lol
