Engine swap suggestion

Im looking to swap out my 2.9 for either a 302 or a 351w. Not sure which one i should go with. What are the pros and cons between these two engines?

What is your goal for this? the two engines are related but have different power characteristics.

Well Im looking for speed i guess considering I am not able to do a whole lot of mudding.

I you want dirty speed and are worried about fuel, go 5.0.

The 351 has a longer stroke, gives it more bottom end torque. That means you can get more gear and pull off a higher top, but for all the fuel you will suck you might as well just punch a hole in the tank.
