I am going to replace the old relay and connector in my 86 ford ranger, and I am wondering if anyone knows what amperage the new one should be? thanks all!

30amp 12volt

I'm sure that's right, but it seems many websites need to know that. Most references to relays that I've come across tell people that they are super rare 60 amp parts that can only be found on Ford vehicles:icon_rofl:.

Well Ford might have built them for 60 amps, but the fuse for that circuit is 30amps :)
