OK guys I've done this and doing it again, this time into a 1971 Ford Mustang. A complete drive train using all the stock Explorer's wiring and ECM. I post a couple of links to a 1954 Ford i did 8 years ago and is a daily driver.
But I have some questions I've forgot: Power Steering line port sizes? I think I found a adapter but I don't remember. Anyone know the correct size and name of they type of fitting to the stock 1999-2000 5.0L explorer power Steering Pumps?
Enjoy the video of the sway and notice the little things.

Thanks Guys Great Forum lots of information here.

It’s M16x1.5

I used Fragola Performance Systems #460616-BL to adapt to -6AN with an aluminum crush washer and had a hydraulic shop make a hose.
