Does anyone know what the % value should be for IAC?

For the tech people out there,

Anyone know what the IAC % / percentage range should be at idle and what it should be when the gas pedal is pressed down?

Can a faulty IAC affect drive ability (not when idling but driving)?

I already cleaned it and it looks ok inside but still having some rough idle issues and no vacuum leaks that I can find even with the fog machine turned into smoke machine.

about 20-40% at idle is what i've typically seen

off idle it can go all the way to 100%

Thanks for the range, when pressing the gas the IAC showed ~50% on the code reader monitor.

Currently truck has a misfire and I believe it is a lean misfire from the values from smog and calculating AFR.
