Does anyone recognize this Dana 35/44 project / images?

that is a pretty standard setup. there is a handful of ways to do calipers.

the regular ttb 44 knuckle swap can incorporate longer studs and gm stubs and brake plates to get to 8 lugs and j7 calipers as well.

The caliper brackets in those first pictures are from some sort of 70s Ford D44. Someone was likely not well enough read to know they could make TTB D44 stuff work so they bolted the spindle up to the 35 knuckle, cut the caliper ears off and used standalone brackets.
