1989 FORD RANGER 2.3L XLT 4x4

COSMETIC'S FIXED:
Painted trim, front grille, emblems, and wheels BLACK
New flag mirrors & front headlight assemblies
High intensity bulbs all the way around
Smoked rear lenses
New BFG All Terrain T/A KO's 235 75 R15
New WARN locking hubs
New Bumper Guard
New Hella 500 Black Magic running lights

FIXED/TUNED LIST:
Seafoamed crankcase, fuel system and brake booster
Flushed all fluids and replaced with new
Replaced coil packs, spark plugs, & spark plug wires
New air filter, cleaned entire intake & throttle body
Installed new Thrush muffler
New battery and alternator
Replaced rear drive shaft U-Joints
Replaced axle seals, and pinion bearings
Replaced rear drum brakes
Replaced ABS modulator
New Sensa-Trac shocks front and rear
Timing Belt Replaced w/ new tensioner pulley
New Water Pump & Thermostat

PROBLEM LIST:
Loud ticking at cold startup
Parking brake does not engage
4x4 floor gear selector is loose
Frame bushings are shot
Leaf spring hanger is cracked
Front and rear transfer case seals need replaced along with front U-Joints
Windows need tinted

ANY HELP WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED.

Found this bumper guard at the Junk Yard today,
been looking for awhile so I could properly install my new running lights.
I like it, just wish it was solid to the frame instead of my bumper..

Now thats one sweet looking gen2! normally im not a fan of the front clips on them, but i like yours alot
