I appreciate your opinions on the Union but we're not here to hijack the thread on something that can be debated til were all blue in the face.

I will say, how's your health insurance? That's something our Union has gotten for us that the company has been trying to take away for some time now. And in this day and age, that's a big thing.

Sorry, I may be biased with the fact that I hate Toyotas, and all other foreign cars, but I see it the same as donating billions of dollars to countries that we've blown up, or countries in need instead of spending it here, in America, where people are living on the streets, crowding the unemployment lines, and can't get medical care. I want to keep the money that I spend in America.

Let's see if that ruffles some feathers.

1. It's against my religion to go to doctors.... and if I did have to get my "non-union" insurance, it is the BEST around, even better than what my dad gets with "UAW skilled trades". Now I am in the automotive sector, I CAN SEE how other sectors really can benefit from the union insurance, because employer insurance is non-existent, virtually.

2. Yes you are biased, you have a seething hatred of foreign non-union competition that obviously has an advantage because they are not burdened by Union red tape! They can respond quicker to market conditions.

I do too! But why buy a overpriced piece of crap American product or suck up and look at thing objectively, there are some things made in America that are not as good as foreign made goods.
