is there anyway to tell if i have lockers in the front without taking it apart? when i have the hubs locked and in 4wheel and turning the front end jumps like crazy, its almost anoying. Is this something thats normal or is my front end locked or maybe something broke? Sorry if there is a place to put this and i didn't see it

if you do it on pavement....yes it is normal

If you turn sharp that is normal too, the u-joints are binding up in the axleshafts.

Jack it up with your hubs locked. Spin one wheel and hold the front shaft. If the opposite wheel spins backwards, its open. If they don't turn at all you're locked or LS.
