Cold start valve?

It started both times with MAF plugged in. With it running so much better unplugged than when it was plugged in I went ahead and bought a new MAF. It is running a whole lot better now than ever before. The only thing is that the new MAF did not come with a gasket so now the search is on for that because the old one just fell apart.

I know it is a little late but you can tap on the maf sensor body with the handle end of a screwdriver while it is plugged in and usually the engine will stumble when it is bad. As I said(Usually).
