i dont under stand why ford put in the 60/40 split bench. tore this console out of a 1998 windstar. has a deep storage spot a cup holder and a 12v outlet in the front! spent the day painting and installing it. ran into some hight problems but a couple of drops off a 2x6 fixed that. didnt know how to attach it to the floor board so i got creative with some tapcons and a drill... solid as a rock. now to put in the head liner and the rest of the trim now that paint is all done exept the door panels. having some difficulty painting them... and i ran out of black.
