bull bar question

I am looking to put a bull bar on my 2006 shortbed off rd edition. Are there any out there that I could keep my towhooks which I use?
 
It's not a bull bar but it might be mounted the same ? I switched the hooks to the opposite side so they are curved toward the inside. Hope this helps a little.
