Body Lift and Winch Question

So I will have my tax return very shortly and was thinking about getting a 3" Body Lift on my 2004 Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT. Can I still use the cradle winch holder that fits into a hitch receiver on the front? What kind of modification would it take to get it to fit so it wasn't 3" lower than the body?

Any better suggestions on how to do this? Looking at a Smitybuilt 9000 lb winch for the truck.

Also considered having the tbars cranked on it as well.
