Wanted WTB: 2004 Ranger XLT 3" Body Lift Kit

The 2004 Ford Ranger 3" body lift kit doesnt appear to be manufactured anymore. I ordered through Summit and it was on hold for 6+ months. Does anyone have a kit that is collecting dust they'd like to sell? Would be something like part number Performance Accessories PA70033.

I can piece together my own kit with 3" blocks and the appropriate bolts, but the Steering Extension part is something I'd rather buy.

It may be my imagination, but the steering extension in that kit looks just like the one in the 98-2000 kit.

I emailed zoneoffroad and asked. That would be ideal

ZoneOffroad could not confirm if it was the same steering shaft assembly. I am going to order it and try.
